Father Jack Gillie (Daniel Brocklebank) is convicted of a crime that sees the Church abandon him, leaving him to rot behind prison bars. His fellow inmates are convinced that he was convicted of paedophilia and encourage his you cellmate Rook (Wayne Virgo) to find out. However, when Jack saves Rook from a prison beating the two begin to bond as friends which sees a target painted on each of their backs. However, Jack has an unlikely ally in the form of prison officer Martin (Garry Summers) and the two embark on an illicit love affair.
